Prepare & Aftercare
Body Contouring aftercare
Cavitation, radio frequency and lipo laser release fat into the system to be cleared, so water intake and movement in the twenty-four hours after each session are part of the treatment, not optional extras.
Follow the written aftercare you are given at your appointment first — it is specific to you, and this page is a general guide.

Before your appointment

- Eat lightly rather than immediately before your appointment.
- Wear or bring comfortable clothing that gives access to the treatment area.
Straight after treatment
