What it is
A treatment that relaxes and re-sets the direction of your brow hairs so they sit in a fuller, brushed-up shape. It makes the most of the hair you have, which is why it suits brows that grow unevenly or in awkward directions.
How it works
A softening solution relaxes the hair, the brows are combed into the chosen shape, and a setting solution holds them there. Tinting and shaping are usually done at the same appointment.

- Brow hairs that grow downward, outward or in different directions
- Sparse-looking brows where redirecting hair adds visible density
- Anyone using brow gel or soap daily

Results and what to expect
The shape typically holds for four to six weeks, relaxing gradually. Tint fades sooner. Results depend heavily on how much brow hair you have to work with.
Safety and common effects
Most people notice some of the following. They are temporary and expected rather than a problem:
- Brow hairs feeling coarse for a day or two
- Mild redness of the surrounding skin

Aftercare
Keep brows dry for 24 hours, avoid oil-based products in that time, and brush them into shape daily afterwards.

Common questions
How long does it last?
Four to six weeks, relaxing gradually rather than stopping suddenly.
Will it make my brows look bigger?
It makes better use of the hair you have by redirecting it. If your brows are very sparse, permanent make-up may achieve more.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, if tinting is included. Allow at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Can it damage the hair?
Repeating it too often can make brow hair feel dry. Leaving the full six weeks between appointments is recommended.
Can I combine it with a lash lift?
Yes — the two are commonly booked together and there is a combined price.
